It is not a garage or yard sale. Our sales are advertised liquidation events setup in our clients homes or business and attended by 800-1200 buyers.

How much do you charge for your services?
Every estate has unique requirements but expect all-inclusive estate sale services to cost between 30% and 50% of the gross sale receipts.
What do you do with un-saleable items?
Worn out furnishings, clutter and junk won't sell. We recommend our cleanout services to handle these items.
How long do you take to prepare and run a sale?
Our organization, setup, sale event and breakdown take from a 7-10 days. We schedule most sales from 3-4 weeks ahead of time.
How much advertising do you do?
We shoot between 300-400 photos for an average sale and run paid ads on the 8 major estate sale websites 3-4 weeks ahead of the sale.
What do you do with unsold items?
We typically sell between 80%-100% of the property items. We offer cleanout and donation as an option or you can retain what is left.
How do you handle theft and breakage?
We secure items in lockable acrylic cases when necessary. We can also provide security guards, CCTV cameras and retail door security pillars.
When do I get paid from the sale?
We provide payment and a detail report within 5 business days of the sales end date.
